The registration has been closed.

Registration fee

The registration fee (without accomodation) is 55.000 HUF (~135 EUR).
Official daily exchange rates.

The registration includes includes:

Entrance to all sessions: January 24-27, 2023.
Coffee breaks and refreshments.
Lunch (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).
Dinner (Tuesday and Wednesday).
Entrance to the social events:
- Meet & greet (welcome) reception.
- Banquet.

Important notes

Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration form and full payment.
All inquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing via an email to csaba.domokos@de.bosch.com.

Badge policy

Access to all conference activities will be allowed only to people wearing KEPAF 2023 badges. Please keep track of your badge and make sure you bring it each day.

Accommodation

In conjunction to conference registration the following accommodation are offered in the four-star Hotel Elizabeth:

Junior suit (2 persons):	16.000 HUF
Deluxe double room (1 person):	24.000 HUF

The accomodation includes:

Tourist tax (in Hungarian: IFA).
Breakfast buffet.
WiFi internet connection.
Unlimited use of the wellness center.
Batch robe and towels.

Parking lots are available in the hotel's closed parking space, located around 100m from the hotel building, for each car for 1500 HUF per night. Reservation is not necessary.

YOUR REGISTRATION CODE will be sent via email to you upon a successful submission of the registration form.
All costs must be covered by the ordering customer and free of charge for the receiver account.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Cancellation & refund policy

All refund requests must be made via email to csaba.domokos@de.bosch.com.
All cancellations after December 23, 2022 will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
NO REFUNDS will be made after January 16, 2023.
You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty by contacting us via email to csaba.domokos@de.bosch.com.
