Author presentation

All accepted papers will be presented as an oral (spotlight) presentation + ePoster during the conference. This means that each paper is first presented in an presentation block in the main presentation room followed by a poster-style individual scientific discussion with the audience. This poster-style discussion will be executed in parallel in the neighboring session room hosting a projector with HDMI connector and table-top space for each presenter, allocating in total of 10 minutes multiplied by the number of papers in the respective session. Each presenter is assumed to bring a laptop to present his/her work in the ePoster session.

In order to facilitate the smooth transition between consecutive presentations at the paper sessions, we would like to ask you to upload your presentation (pdf, ppt, or pptx file) in advance within the CMT system. The uploaded files will be put onto a presentation laptop before the respective session and set up for an instantaneous start.

The uploading process

  • Within the Author Console in the CMT system, upon clicking "Edit Camera Ready Submission" you should be able to add your presentation file by uploading an additional document.
  • Please note, that only a single presentation file of max. 100MB is supported. If any video content should be also included, please embed the video into the Powerpoint slides. After completing the upload process, one should have two uploaded files: the camera-ready version of the paper in pdf format and the presentation (pdf, ppt, or pptx file).
  • The deadline for uploading the presentation: January 19, 2023.
