We are delighted to announce the 15th KEPAF 2025 conference to be held in the city of Hévíz, offering a secluded place for scientific exchange and for gathering recreational and culinary experiences. The conference will take place in the surrounding of Lake Hévíz, the world's second-largest thermal lake, but biologically the biggest active natural lake.
The primary goal of the conference is to give an overview of the main results of the past 2 years achieved by the Hungarian image processing community and to provide a common interface for scientists working in different subfields. The bi-annual meeting of the Hungarian Association for Image Processing and Pattern Recognition will be held during the conference where new members of the KÉPAF Governing Board will be elected. A valid NJSZT membership card is required for voting.
The Kuba Attila and the Csetverikov Dmitrij Prize will be awarded to young scientists authoring the best papers to be selected among the KÉPAF 2025 contributions by the dedicated committee. The conference will also host the PhD Prize, which is awarded to a selected postgraduate-level researcher with outstanding research achievements.
