The registration is closed.

The registration fee (without accommodation):

Student status will be considered based on valid student ID or document of equal standing.

The registration includes includes:

• Entrance to all sessions: 28-31 January 2025
• Coffee breaks
• Lunch (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
• Breakfasts, Dinners, and Banquet - price included in hotel accommodation
• Entrance to social events

Important notes

• Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
• Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
• Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of registration form and full payment.
• All inquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing via an email to czuni.laszlo@mik.uni-pannon.hu.

Badge policy

Access to all conference activities will be allowed only to people wearing KEPAF 2025 badges. Please keep track of your badge and make sure you bring it each day.

In conjunction to conference registration the following accommodation is proposed in the four-star Ensana Thermal Hévíz at a special reduced price:

Standard/classic double room (1 person):	30800,- HUF
Standard/classic twin room (2 persons):	21600,- HUF

The accomodation includes:

• Breakfast and dinner buffet.
• WiFi internet connection.
• Unlimited use of the wellness center (baths and saunas) and fitness room.
• Bath robe and towels.

Tourist tax is 780 HUF per night in addition to the above prices.

Parking lots are available in the hotel's parking space, for each car for 2800 HUF per night. Reservation for cars is not necessary.

The conference registration fee and hotel rooms are paid seperately. Registration fee should be paid by bank transfer:

Hotel rooms are to be paid by bank transfer preceding the conference or by bank card or cash upon leaving the hotel. Please, fill the registration form for details.

• All refund requests must be made via email to czuni.laszlo@mik.uni-pannon.hu.
• All cancellations after December 23, 2024 will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
• NO REFUNDS will be made after January 16, 2025.
