Paper Submission for the Kuba Attila Prize and the Csetverikov Dmitrij Prize

1. In the CMT system select KA/CSD Prize track
2. Create a new paper submission.
   In the submission it has to be indicated in the footnote of the manuscript that the submitted paper is meant to be an application for the Kuba Attila or the Csetverikov Dmitrij Prize.
