  • The keynote lecture will be presented by Gellért Máttyus, Continental, 23th June, 9.00 am (in English) - see link.
  • The ONLINE conference will cover 3 days 22-24 June (Tuesday-Thursday). Programs start at 9.00, and last untill around 17.00.

Paper submission

The conference proceedings is electronic, papers can be submitted in English or Hungarian.

Papers should be formatted according to the provided MS Word or LaTeX templates, and submitted in PDF format until the deadline. Papers must have an appropriate level of technical description about the background of the work, about the contributions of the authors, and about the presentation and analysis of the results.

Maximal length of the papers is 16 pages, excluding references, (for technical demonstrations 4 pages).

Paper formatting

Similarly to previous KÉPAF conferences, papers should use Springer LNCS templates:

PDF creation

Submissions should be prepared according to the template files, and converted into PDF format with A4 page size.

Paper submission

All PDF should be uploaded into the CMT review system

Paper review process

The papers will be reviewed by expert members of the program committee chosen according to the title and abstract of the submission, if necessary external reviewers may also be involved in the review process. Authors will be notified about the review results by email. Reviews will be also available in the CMT system.

Preparation of camera-ready version

Accepted papers should be modified or completed considering the suggestions of the reviewers, before submitting the camera-ready version.

If the paper is based on earlier published results, the reference of the original publication should be mentioned in footnote of the first page.

Attention: remark about participating the Kuba Attila Prize competition should be removed from the camera-ready version.

The PDF file of the camera-ready paper should also be uploaded into the CMT system.


 

Registration

The conference will be online, via SZTAKI's Zoom system. Registration should be requested via this link, preferably until 20. 06. 2021.
